Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly finding its way into various areas of work. But how can AI become a reliable colleague? What are the technical, ethical and practical limits to its use? What are employees' concerns and fears, where do they see opportunities? And what does the acceptance of AI in the workplace ultimately depend on?

The Lecture is dedicated to these questions using concrete research results and practical examples. The focus is on the question: How do employees think about AI in their own workplace?

The Lecture part of the lecture series "Servus, AI! The Bavarian Dialogue on Artificial Intelligence," which is organized in cooperation with the VHS, acatech - National Academy of Science and Engineering, the bidt, and the Platform Learning Systems (PLS). At selected adult education centers, citizens engage in dialogue with experts from science and practice. Generally understandable lectures and subsequent discussions invite participants to learn about various fields of application, opportunities, and challenges of AI, to join in the conversation, and to think ahead. This makes it clear which topics, expectations, and ideas move people in Bavaria when it comes to artificial intelligence.
