ZAUBERBERG :: Expedition into the present

The art collective RAUM+ZEIT condenses and rewrites Thomas Mann's novel of the century, "The Magic Mountain," into a new, exciting theater experience: equipped with VR glasses, the audience encounters the famous characters from Thomas Mann's novel of the century up close. Alternating between VR and live performance, the sanatorium becomes a metaphor for today's Western society. The TUM Center for Culture and Arts is bringing the production to Munich for the first time as part of the project "Thomas Mann – In the Burning Landscape of Democracy."
