acatech on Tuesday: What's good?

In many contexts, the creative industries serve as a bridge between people and technology. Design enhances both economic value and cultural significance. Design opens up new possibilities whose full potential can only be realized through the collaboration of politics, business, technology, and society.

How can we foster an understanding, both within and outside the design industry, of the impact design is capable of having?

In a joint event organized by the DDC (German Design Club) and acatech, we will discuss the role design can play in the context of current social and technological challenges. Do we need to rethink and expand the criteria used to evaluate design?
