Earthquakes and other disasters

Meeting place: Lobby of the Museum of Man and Nature
Guided tour Sophia Drexler, 1 hour (children ages 8 and up)
Meteorites fall from the sky, volcanoes spew fire, and the earth keeps shaking?
Have you ever experienced anything like this? Here at the museum, you’ll learn why “rocks” fall from the sky, why the earth trembles, and why volcanoes erupt. Afterward, in the earthquake simulator, we can take a journey through various earthquakes from around the world and feel them firsthand.
The number of participants is limited to 15.
Notsuitable for people with cochlear implants or pacemakers. The earthquake simulator is not wheelchair accessible.
