Ready for Tomorrow – How Data Can Help Us Live Healthier Lives
How can data-driven prevention help prevent diseases before they develop? Recent findings show that 55 percent of cardiovascular diseases, 45 percent of dementia cases, and 40 percent of cancer cases are linked to modifiable risk factors.
Data from research, healthcare, registries, or wearables open up new possibilities for more effective prevention. But what data is relevant? What is already possible today? And what legal and ethical questions does the use of sensitive health data raise?
We’ll be discussing this with experts from academia, politics, and the field. The focus will be on the opportunities and challenges of data-driven prevention for the health of tomorrow.
