Food Analysis – Chemistry Workshop

What’s in food? Starch, protein, sugar? In our visitor lab, you’ll conduct chemical experiments to find out the answers to these questions firsthand.

Learn how analytical chemistry works, what to keep in mind in a chemistry lab, and why there are always surprises. The visitor lab is located in the middle of our Exhibition on Level 1.

To participate in the Workshop , you Workshop free admission tickets, which you can pick up at the information desk in the entrance area on Level 0 on the day of the event. Workshops in the open program are held regularly on Tuesday afternoons at the Chemier Visitor Laboratory on a variety of topics, such as food analysis, plastics, and alchemy. The programs can also be booked for groups.
