Toni the Recycling Horn & the Garbage Truck
Storytelling Theater for Kids (Ages 5–8)
The storytelling play “Toni Trennhörnchen and the Garbage Collection” teaches children in a playful and age-appropriate way about the importance of recycling and waste reduction in Munich.

The main characters—Toni Trennhörnchen, Max, and Sara—explain to children in a fun and engaging way how they can help protect the environment and conserve resources. In addition, children can get hands-on through an interactive sorting game called “Where Does the Trash Go?” where, with guidance, they cut out, match, and sort various pictures of trash.
Another highlight: As part of the event, there will be a brief demonstration of a garbage truck, giving the children an exciting look at the work of a garbage collector and the process of emptying trash cans. The vehicle demonstration is scheduled to take place immediately following the 10:00 a.m. session and prior to the 12:00 p.m. session, likely between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m., but may be canceled at short notice if necessary.
