The Inaudible: A Listening Salon on Ultrasound and Twilight

As the day grows quieter, the world of bats comes to life. On an evening walk, we explore the acoustic landscapes of twilight: echolocation, ultrasound, and the hidden sounds of the night.  An invitation to technologically-mediated listening and an immersion in the city’s nocturnal nature. This listening salon is a collaboration between: LMU Biology, LBV Bat Park, the Coordination Office for Bat Conservation in Southern Bavaria, and Halt 58, as part of the Long Night of Music.
