Closing Reception and Artist Talk with Werner Henkel

To mark the conclusion of Exhibition April 26, the Munich-Nymphenburg Botanical Garden cordially invites you to an artist talk with Werner Henkel at 4:00 p.m.
Werner Henkel dedicates his artistic practice to aesthetic phenomena in nature. It is an exploration of nature, its forms of expression, and its metamorphosis from the perspective of art. In his works, the artist explores the beauty and transience of nature as well as the fragility of the relationship between humans and nature. He gives expression to the most diverse natural phenomena, speaking to them in a Language that is their own and inviting an empathetic dialogue between nature and art. Henkel’s pictorial and object compositions open up a different, deeper perspective on a seemingly familiar world in all its uniqueness and diversity.
