Poetry Cabinet: Every Beginning Has Cookies

Special Edition of the Lunchtime Readings at the Garden Party Hosted by the Lyrik Kabinett and the Shakespeare Library

The collaboration between Lyrik Kabinett and the LMU Writing Center continues to flourish —with fresh, new texts: At each session, one or two excerpts from student work are presented and discussed. Whether it’s poetry and spoken word, short stories, novel openings, theatrical dialogues, essays, collections of tweets, or experimental writing—whether in German or English, whether first attempts at writing or already published works—student creative writing is given a platform here in all its diversity. Open to anyone interested, admission is free, and coffee and cake are served.
